WhatsApp is developing a new feature for setting up Cover photos for Desktop users. This feature will reportedly bring you the ability to improve your business profile by adding a Cover photo. The Instant messaging app is currently working on this feature for a later update of the app.
In a previous report, the leading WhatsApp news tracker WABetaInfo announced that WhatsApp is developing a subscription plan for business users. In this current report, the news tracker brings more details about one more feature for business accounts which will enhance your business profile. The report adds that this feature will be available to you in the future.
WhatsApp Cover Photos for Desktop users
In a previous article released two months back, it was reported that the popular messaging platform finally enabled the feature to set up cover photos for business accounts. This new feature was available to those who install the latest WhatsApp business for iOS versions.
In the current report, WABetaInfo mentions that the WhatsApp developers team is testing the same feature for WhatsApp beta Android devices too but at present, the tracker has spotted some detailed news about WhatsApp Desktop beta.
As seen in the screenshot released by the WhatsApp news source this new feature will let you set up a customized Cover photo when you want to design your business profile in the future. That means after this feature is available, WhatsApp Desktop beta users can enhance their business profile by adding a header image.
This will be very helpful because when your Customers and other business users visit your profile they can see your designed Cover photo. However, you must know that this is a business tool, and only business account users will be able to set up Cover photos for their profiles. This also means that standard WhatsApp account users cannot access this feature.
However, at present, this feature is only available to WhatsApp iOS users but as per the report it will soon be released to WhatsApp Desktop beta users too in near future. As this feature is currently under development process there are not many details available for WhatsApp beta Android.
